red braised pork & garlic shrimp

• pork belly
• garlic
• shrimp
• lots of sauces (soy sauce, oyster sauce)
• some vegetable that i don't know the name of
• green onion!

thoughts

this was the first time i had home cooked chinese food in so long it was incredible.

would i make it again? i couldn't but casey would!
